I'm in CSBB so newer to SVB. On one hand, he seems to have a pulse. On the other, that says more about how low the bar is. He does seem to have a fair amount of platitudes without a lot of clear conviction; Avid overtones? Take a friggin' stand, Saul. Lead.
He has potential. I mean I can't expect a maverick iconoclast running anything at a bank, much less WF especially.
Saul gave a matter of fact view of tech. He would do a reasonable job of trying to explain things in a reasonable manner. When KL had to be prematurely let go as the CIsO, Saul had the courtesy to explain why. His style was clumsy but the substance was there . With TK, she is very high on style and zero on substance. But to keep CS engaged, he needed a shiny new Barbie. Not a professor with a dutch accent.
Definitely miss SVB, TK is a absolute disaster
I also miss his weekly blog - gave actual information rather than pep talks or whatever it is that TK puts up every week.
There is technology shake up waiting in wellsfargo. This new lady is experimental or stop gap arrangement. She is dummy replaced Saul.

Yeah, and the topper for me what what TK said about tech in her AMA; that WF tech is going to fix the worlds problems or something like that.
Svb actually provided information versus scolding us for not liking RTO. I miss SVB’s weekly updates too. Full of details versus the anemic blog post we get now.
Saul's AMA's were awesome compared to what we have now. I counted 17 "like" in one of TK's sentences. It reminded me of Hollywood valley girl movies. "like, for sure!"
