I can’t believe how lost everyone is at the various levels of management. Everyone is sleep walking to get through the day. The people that used to make things happen are either gone or have just given up because the decision makers are no longer interested in the long term prospect of this company. The cancer has progressed past the point of surgical removal. The failure starts at the top, what a pathetic lot of executives/leaders.

Whoever said they are in Marketing- hey thats cool you are in a rare position to have such a great work environment but news flash the rest of us like EO, we get nothing but sh---y meetings where we are talked down to, told how to do things (incorrectly) then told to work faster and harder. Most of us in wf do not have awesome work environments so maybe bite you lip a tiny bit as to not gloat.
On a certain side of the bank, the one true success was the engineering of the WFDC image back in the aughts. There was also a modicum of getting together and recognizing others, even though it amounted to nothing for anyone over the long term.
All I can say for me is that the difference between an enjoyable place to work in my chosen profession all but dried up and shriveled on the vine when WF swallowed up my previous employer. It's on me for sticking around this long, yet it isn't ever not noticed how uninspiring it is to work under countless managers and structures.
Those of us in the trenches are only bonded by our frustrations, that really says something. We only work together because of how painful things are. What an awful incentive to show up each day.
Cry me a river right?
I love the weak reading comprehension of this board.
Whoa, your a effin brown nose who smells like Schart! Bahahaha…… what a joke!
Sorry that no one understood the sarcasm, @hoo+1oGpV0CB.
I once worked in marketing. I know what I saw. It was chaotic, disorganized and toxic. After all, fake marketing tactics are also responsible for causing illegal scandals.
@OP+1oGpV0CB. They're not "Executives/Leaders". More like parasites.
Charlie didn’t ki-l this company. He’s just feasting on the corpse.
Couldn't have said it better.
Charlie k!11ed this company. It’s incredibly sad to me because I know some really great people who do their best every day.
Eff him and his band of thieves he subsequently hired once he was on board.
You’re obviously not in marketing. We love our rockstar managers, our groundbreaking creatives, and our super relationships with our LOB partners. Even our meetings are exciting opportunities to collaborate and learn. Ask anybody!
