Time for everyone to start protecting their buddies. Regardless of their performance.
The re-orgs never stop. Upper management believes re-orgs are progress and never question why there are constant re-orgs. Middle management remains the same. Same talentless people, adding nothing to anything.
This entire re-org is nothing but a shuffling of the deck. The ones that need to be cut won't be. The massive layers of useless management will still stay on the payroll.
Just speculation there won’t be any cuts

Bald Beaver- I’m intrigued……did the carpet match the drapes? Would not be surprised to see Market Managers on the chopping block. Regional consolidation is on the horizon.
Retail banking as a whole will have some serious cuts over the next several years.
