We all heard Legg say that days off wouldn't be counted in the denominator. Well here's a shocker! He was wrong. Below was my schedule last week. I was in the office for 100% of the days I worked. If time off doesn't count against you, I should have been fine. But the d-mb@ss report gigged me anyway.
As a supervisor, I'm already being told to document every single day off and work from home day for all of my employees. And be ready to immediately explain if someone misses the mandate. So make sure you document EVERYTHING for your own safety.

Monday - holiday
Tuesday - worked in the office
Wednesday - worked in the office
Thursday - PTO
Friday - PTO
