Every should go watch the dating show Change of Heart with GQ on it. I can’t believe they would promote him to AVP after his grotesque and s-xist behavior. If you are a female and not promoted, that video will give you insight.

"don’t forget about her instructing us to do sole props to bypass platinum accounts."

Holy fu-k that's REALLY bad. Platinum sellers get dinged hard over stuff like this. I'd stayed locked on that asset protection hotline.

Don’t forget what the guy from the east coast got caught doing with a seller from Gilroy.

These fraudulent practices have been going on for a decade! I know of a guy that transferred from the east coast to NORCAL a few years ago and he pushed very bad behaviors. He was a total sc-m.

Not on her team but I have 1st hand knowledge of GK pulling overage reports and have them sell a $hit load of no use lines. Like 300-500 lines at a time. Most in Texas, that’s why DG came after NorCal for investigations.

CF team was the worst fraudsters of the bunch. Breaking the bulk order policy to give equipment away and 99% of the time is was phantom churn. “Hey Mr customer do you want to replace your old IPads for new ones for .99 cents? You will just need new numbers.” CF just rationalized it since the team had random ISM and ARSM’s approving outside of policy. I seen him for months kissing but t to Senior Asset Protection Analyst JM. Doing everything he could to direct him to others teams scam like EPTT and BCM5. He was snitching on everyone trying to redirect from himself and TN. He went after the old SF manager DZ hard.

CF and TN were the shadiest but they were quick to throw other people under the bus to protect themselves. They invented the scams and others followed.

You guys sound like a bunch of cry babies. Integrity requires basic common sense, ethical principles . I wouldn't do something my manager asked me to do if I knew it wasn't right. If you really cared about the success and well being of the company, you could have reported the manager.

Just do your job at the best of your ability and with integrity and stop complaining.

P “T” D - I am currently on his team and he has tried to get the team to do add no use lines, essentially cramming. He told the use fake IMEI’s and “follow-up “ with the customer to updated them in a few months. I refuse to do his demands but his retail cronies that he keeps pulling over are following his orders. If he was so good why didn’t he sell anything in OMNI? lol

"Just throw a coin at NorCal and you'll find a dirty BAT sellers or manager tbh"

Sure misrepresenting themselves as "new" or "assigned" account managers. (They're literally not, there's an entire org of account managers NOT from BAT). Promising to relate customers on "new" pricing plans by slamming the customers with a minimum 11 lines to hit turnkey pricing.

Selling 0 use devices to the customer and telling them its required for a "promotion".

Promising up upgrade tablets and phones but actually just canceling previous lines then selling new lines in place. Telling the customer they "have to" get a new number.

Selling customers on 2 year plans for $.99 devices but NOT disclosing the $25 fee per line in addition to base line cost. Etc. Etc.

There's a reason why NorCal has seen the most terminations and "transfers".

It's getting better tho!

Apparently the secret is out in SF, they are looking at calls against accounts now, not just task and call... Darn!

Secondly, wonder how much shady stuff Cody was up to before he fled to IHX director? Anybody work with him?

As in the customer doesn’t know they are getting it or the customer wants it and you just don’t know what the imei is… that’s 2 very different things.

CF - I was on his team and the whole team was giving away .99 cent IPads via the bulk order process. I was never will to do that, they promoted him to Director so maybe I was wrong not to do fraud.
