Complain about what exactly? The racist executives that continuously hire their white male country club friends while pounding the table, calling us the racists, and demanding that the people below them "move the needle" on hiring diverse talent? That kind of complaint? Considering that it would just result in more DI&E misery, what's the point?

How many times have you reached out to that doctor who WF employees for no reason? Would love to have that job!!!!
I didn’t even know that their is a specific complaint # for DE and I issues. If it’s HR - I wouldn’t. Employee Relations - I wouldn’t. If it’s the EthicsLine -I wouldn’t. Loudspeaker - no. Unfortunately, the cards at Wells Fargo are stacked against you, so I would go directly to the EEOC or an attorney.
