Sr.Mgr T100 Neighborhood Top Volume Market. No names submitted but definitely cannot trust a word from this company. No one is officially safe. The closer you are to the customer the better.....but not guarantee that we will not close more stores. If we can close TPR stores without a blink and a few lease ending COR stores, what's not to say that we close low YOY store locations. It su-ks but if I needed to trim company fat, that's exactly what I would do
T-Force Director needs to go as well. That department is in turmoil since the current Director and Sr. Manager took over. It's astonishing how fast things went downhill at T-Mobile. Mike Sievert and Jon Freier have disrupted a lot of people's lives and they don't care. I am a firm believer that when you put that much negativity out in the world then it comes back to bite you. It's only a matter of time. Perhaps Jon's marital issues are the start of his payback. No amount of money can save you from it.
It's not SM's who submit names. They've been taken out of the loop long ago. Directors/Sr. Directors are picking names based upon the reviews/updates to Workday done over the past 6 months.
If they get rid of me, fine. In fact given my age/tenure I'm probably close to #1 on the list. Which is fine. I've been looking for a reason to leave this craphole called Seattle for a long time.
