I’m honestly curious what the actual FU-K real estate is doing right now. I know I’m not the only one who has a cr-ppy office that isn’t even sustainable, the fact that we don’t even have a decent “rest” room to even eat lunch or even have meetings without people screaming or having conversations that can be heard outside.
Are you guys doing your job or?? Maybe we should fix those leases or even at least fix the environments that we have to work at.
What they're doing is trying to figure out how to survive like everyone else. The stupid company tells them to save money and liquidate unused space, then tells them they'll need thousands of new chairs for RTO, but keep reducing costs anyway.
It's not CRE's fault. It's the lack of grownups running the business. They decided on this plan over a year ago but did absolutely nothing to make it work, and as near as anyone can tell, they still aren't.
one does not need a lot of office space to approve supplier/ vendor PO's. Exhausting clicking approved.
