Secret projects regarding training in India has been going on for a long time now. Recently, a trainer had told a colleague they were no longer needed in a month. Usually this time of year, no new classes come but they pick up at the beginning of the new year. No more trainers = no more training. The writing is on the wall-- it makes sense that Express will be in India once the near year begins.

This is absolutely true. The trainers were told this week. All of Express FNOL is going to India. It’s already in the works.

Other then senior leadership, by the end of this wonderful “transformation” there will no longer be an American workforce…other than the greedy top of the pyramid hoping they will sow the benefits from the lives they have unemployed…
They can sell their sh@t products where they hire and employ….GEICO, Progressive if they continue to hire American will hopefully take the lunch money from Allstate every chance they get..
It brings a smile to my face when I remember the lie that the piece of s@it known as Wilson said on national TV in 2019 about protecting American workers and giving back for their work…
Wilson is a liar and a poser and I truly hope and pray that this whole thing implodes in his face and that stock takes a dump back to 30.00 a share so at least he (and the YES sc-m that surround him) will personally lose some of the wealth that they have built on the hard working backs of good employees….

Parts of India going to vendors. Part of India being re-purposed for Claims. Onshore Claims employees either being RIF'd or lifted and shifted out of Allstate to CCC service under one of the vendors. Higher rated Claims employees impacted will be lifted and shifted to the vendor to do CCC roles while lower rated RIF'd with package.
And last week we posted that India was being sent to vendors...so which is it?
This is pretty much a no brainer. And there a lot more areas of Claims to be impacted as well later in the fall.
