The bank of doing it’s only laying off people and creating an even more toxic environment. I’m unsure of how they expect us to focus and serve our wonderful clients when a threat of displacement is a daily event. Kudos to upper management for ki-ling A well-known and respected brand. Yes… It is time to move on as many of you will state, but I truly do love my job and my clients.

Wells Fargo pays many unqualified and pointless people with 6-digit salaries is completely out of control, these are chronic complainers and slackers to avoid actual work. Wells Fargo is dying so why even bother about work .

For as selfish as WF has been against its workers for so long, it's time for all of us to be as selfish as possible. Look out for yourself and only stay if the terms are in your favor, quit if the terms are in your favor.
When I quit it will be zero day notice, not thinking it will impact WF or teach them a lesson. It'll just make me feel good to cut ties as quickly as possible. No two week lingering about.
WF will never be held accountable for creating the monster they birthed many moons ago. Such is life. Sometimes fair, often not.
You know first citizen Bank laid off all its svb employees and it purchased another bank so they are clearly hiring maybe you should put your hat in the ring for one of their positions
