You can learn a lot working anywhere. But are you building out your marketable skills?

Are you learning industry standard tools/software, or in house proprietary software?

Are you learning processes that are considered industry leading? Or are you learning processes that result in 100 days of supply?

Is what you are designing have industry leading technology, or 1980s level capabilities?

  • -HPT T4 Temps
  • -Active clearance controls
  • -Variable bleed scheduling
  • -etc.

Are you getting a 100% company paid for masters degree, or are you falling behind education wise to your other college grads at GE/Pratt?

Learning a lot is not the same as great learning.

Honeywell products are considered average by end users and over priced by end customers ( different!). Honeywell’s ability to deliver quality products on time is near the bottom of its peer group.
