Wells Fargo pays many unqualified and pointless people with 6-digit salaries is completely out of control, these are chronic complainers and slackers to avoid actual work. Wells Fargo is dying so why even bother about work .

It is refreshing to rip off this sh&thole place. I refuse to RTO and sit at home all day doing nothing and collect a check. Allows me the freedom to do what I want. Since Charlie has axed thousands Of loyal people. We owe this company nothing

Most people I know have nowhere near 40 hours of work to do each week. I’ve never been paid more to do so little. Fortunately, I get a nice workout in daily and have educated myself on a variety of topics on YouTube, including several entrepreneurial pursuits that I will be trying on. Hopefully they make money and I can invest those funds and take advantage of the few bennies we have left along with my salary until I get the chop chop.

I hate what this place has become. It’s embarrassing to work here.

hi guys, ppl at WF called me Norman not sure why but my real name is Nelson. Half of my team was laid off 5 months ago. Everyone else including my manager but me was laid off tuesday. Im the only one in my hub location amd the rest was in NYC. I called my managers manager and he had no idea who i was and what i should do now. I sit alone in Duke and aside my manager i havent spoken to anyone in years.

My attitude at WF has shifted greatly the past 10 years. At least in technology, you end up realizing that even if you care as little as 10% about something, WF cares even less.

Management makes questionable decisions, consistently has awful success rates on executing them and then abandons the best decisions without any recourse or communication to our staff.

We are drifting on a boat in choppy waters, at the mercy of whatever gets thrown at us.

At least there is this site to openly complain and whine, netting a sense of accomplishment as opposed to my day to day work experience which beams a hollow and meaningless light.

The boat will never touch land.

Hard to be motivated in a non hub location knowing they are probably kicking you to the curb within a few years

Take advantage of the 16 hours of paid volunteer time. One feels more fulfilled doing stuff for others rather than the current C-suite. The bonus is it counts as a day in the office and you get paid.

There are people around here I think Wells has literally forgotten about. And I have stories….

I have little to no motivation to work for the present leaders that do not care about us, TEAM MEMBERS. The paycheck and severance is a challenge to seperate from though.
