Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The need to further drive efficiencies and cost-cutting is extremely vital. The time has come to begin ****Executive Offshoring.****

For years now, Wells Fargo has touted the many benefits of offshoring US jobs. The natural next phase is upon us - exporting the jobs of our senior leadership
team to low-cost developing nations will legitimately cut costs AND improve the quality of executive performance.

That’s right, offshoring has come to the ranks of senior management, even CEOs. Wells Fargo could slash costs like never before. Why pay $24.5 million for an American executive when you can hire an offshore CEO for as little as $25 a day--and get somebody who knows what he's doing and does it well! No secret deals to enrich a pal on the board, no executive money grabs without accountability, no financial incentives to exploit customers - just honest, hard-working professionals.

Executive Offshoring is THE most straightforward and far-reaching solution for improving a company’s Efficiency Ratio! After years of cutting low-wage jobs, the truth is that the combined salary and compensation packages of our senior management team is more than the total salary of all the programmers, customer service specialists, and technical support staff whom are being offshored.

Offshoring Executives is a Win-Win strategy! It reduces skyrocketing executive salaries for equivalent or better talent; executives in low-wage countries have higher motivation and outperform their US counterparts; eliminates expensive shareholder lawsuits and billion dollar regulatory fines; frees up financial capital to reward hardworking frontline employees and improve customer service; allows 24/7 access to your executive team; reduces micro-management, giving in-house employees more time and energy to do their jobs; significantly reduces nonproductive meetings and Townhalls; and offshored executives are easier to hire and fire for less money.

DE&I BONUS: Nothing promotes Wells Fargo’s valiant commitment to DE&I more than offshoring the positions of our senior leaders to the diverse and bilingual cultures of India, Pakistan, Outer Mongolia, or Burundi--just a few of the many countries who provide offshore CEOs.

In keeping with Wells Fargo’s image as a corporate trendsetter, as well as embracing a “put-your-money-where-your-mouth-is” strategy, Wells Fargo is committed to generating long term value to our shareholders - so let’s get started with Executive Offshoring today!

Quality? I’ve worked with offshore teams and they do not provide quality.

And in a few years you’ll have all offshore employees too. They only hire their own.

Wells Fargo has paid out over $8,000,000,000 in the past 3 years for violations, partially for past behaviors but also a large portion for behaviors occurring under the new Senior Leadership’s reign. We have become desensitized to the high fines, so the $125 Million fine to the SEC for executive failure to oversee employee communications seems like chump change, but the reality is that it represents over 1600 US jobs at an average salary of $75,000 for a year. Common sense should dictate that if an executive is costing the bank more than we are paying them, this would be a problem that needs to be resolved.

We should start with any senior leaders, yes-men, managers and bean counters who have made the big push towards layoffs and offshoring American jobs.
