RCSA will not be recurring. It's obvious, because they make a point to tell us over and over again that it will be, and the executives always lie.
Probably a 1 time thing to drive attrition and do the due diligence for the companies that will buy the broken up parts of the bank.
Gwen M and Julie K are still here serving up the same failed approaches seen previously. Methodology for the most part is workable. These two need to GO and let the BG-EF teams do what they need to do. Annual Refresh is already a disaster.
Agree. RCSA was the most horrendous experience to be a member of. The FST teams and facilitator added very little value to our process. Our RAU owner had to drive the process on the ground during the workshops. I suspect the amount of money they have spent to stand this process up must be in the multi-millions.
Risk is over rated.
