Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

CL Town Hall

I admit it. Like passing by a train wreck, I couldn’t help but take a look/listen.

Nothing like the CL executive bashing prior management about not having done RCSA work prior to now. He went on and on. And while he stated “management” it was clear that means anyone in WF that was here during that time.

And this was after he had one of his lackeys tell everyone about the global survey opening in August.

Perhaps I should just be “Impressed”they openly tell us that we all are the problem if working here before they arrived. WF candor, I suppose.

This guy is an absolute ar-e.

I stopped to glance at the train wreck & got to Keeblers rant. What an A$$! He made it seem like Wells never had any risk/control & we need to thank him for saving our company. What an arrogant tu-d.

Exactly. For your own sanity just stop. One day CS should start a call and see no attendees other than organizers and his inner circle. Everything the man says is lies and treachery. He smiles and throws in a token positive comment, all the while he's moving to fire you as fast as the displacement team can possibly do it. This man despises you. The only way for the company to survive is to unload this loser. Give him his golden parachute money and get him the F out.

@ogm+1o0dhFeS. Typical Wells. Not even the feedback survey works.

Shameful gaslighting management technique has been normalized. Blanket blaming previous leadership in an townhall after we were in the news again for losing customer deposits. This is management is nosediving us into the ground yet has the nerve to rant on previous leaders. Where is the emergency rcsa for losing deposits again. Where are the ethical leaders that can see the forest through the trees. We need you!

I join, turn the volume down and listen to my cloud training modules.

I wanted to complete the survey at the end to give some feedback on what was shared. Link was in the chat/q&a panel, didn’t work, but then worked and said it wasn’t active yet, then went away completely when they clicked a button to officially end the meeting. Love that they want feedback, but no way to provide it. 😂

The closed captions were pretty funny, though.

Most pathetic TH since I've been here.

Deposits debacle question handed off to CIO who bristled at not being able to take his scheduled PTO bc of "failed software" fallout. Where's are the redundancies and BCP, CIO???

Another guy saying Santos teased him for being bald by calling him Dr. Phil. Guess those DEI efforts aren't working, Santos.

And we're supposed to take the upcoming employee survey when we got no results from the last one? GTFO!

Every question was a soft pitch. Absolutely nothing new. It should have been an email.

Rule #1

Stop attending townhalls and AMAs (especially since you can't really ask anything).

Attending these fakey events sends the wrong message upstairs, in terms of employee engagement.
