Slight edit to his direction plans.
“We can’t shy away from surpluses
We lose 12 to 14 % yearly. We need to be at 15%”

He shared:
The 10% allowed VO that we were advised by the CEO a wasn’t a correct number.

We have approximately 175,000 employees.

We lose approximately 10-14% of our workforce each year.

LMFAO ...must be a pro-RTO winner T will be stuck with

""“actually had the nerve to refer to last years survey...”

Employees who weren’t honest on the survey can’t complain now."

Times were different when the survey occurred, there has been new news lately, perhaps you hadn't heard?

I heard him say “ I hate hate my commute “ five days a week to the office and we can work from home when we have a broken water pipe. Not sure who wants to be pushed by him when he reports to his cubicle.

Maybe at best a total of 25 employees showed up! He miked up his lady cow VPs who only giggled in the front row when he asked for their input. And no one laughed at the conceded guest speaker d-mb jokes. Anyone else notice we weren’t able to recognize 2nd quarter coworkers in our 3rd quarters town hall? I submitted a question “when are you moving on to another group?” I guess we didn’t have time?

IF T wants to reduce head count, offer a volunteer option that includes the earned severance. My 16 person team would be down to 3 people and that is fact. T is scared about how many people would be gone. The fact is they can not retain or attract any real talent. That is clear with any new hires in the last 5 years. There are some exceptions of course. Those that oppose are just happy with RTO are the leaches that depend on others to do their job so T will be left with those that “Meet Some”. D Huntley knew this was coming and challenged Stankey on the ethics of the approach and was congratulated on his retirement. Says a lot from our past compliance officer.

Chain gangs are a form of collaboration.

Mindless buzzwords are a convenient way to lie.

“What were you expecting- a pull back of RTO?”

You must be new to this site. Only negative feedback is welcomed on this site. This is where we come to toil in our misery. Want lots of thumbs up, bash company or else you will be outed as a coward.

He was cleared that about RTO, additional layoffs as we moving forward ,cash flow is key and listed hubs are not in line with what actually played out as there are many other locations that are considered key locations due to where people sit. What were you expecting- a pull back of RTO? Snap out of it as you could have been one of many who were not so lucky and were let go. I know a couple of peers who have been remote for 20 years and are not pleased with RTO but said they are glad they did not get caught up in the layoffs that impacted their teams.

“ People are supposed to walk from desk to desk, floor to floor?”

Actually, yes. This is needed to meet new local coworkers.

Lots of empty seats. Looks unusual.

Selling "collaboration" in the same building is ridiculous. People are supposed to walk from desk to desk, floor to floor?
