Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Stock Market up big on 7/12/2023 BUT T is down .. . . .sad statement about Stankey and his leadership

The stock markets ripped higher on 7/12 but T is currently at $15.15, down $0.08 0.56%. Most big-name stocks up solidly on the lower monthly inflation reports. Stankey is an id--t and the investors know it. If Free Cash Flow (FCF) is below expectations when AT&T reports in will drop like a rock. FCF is used to pay dividends and pay down debt and other expenses. The Stinks first thought is always cut headcount!!

If T is negative today, then this will be 7 straight days it loses. Stankey is focused on RTO while the ship sinks and important issues are ignored by the bald headed blunder himself

"Stankey should get rid of unneeded workers. We really don't need that many workers."

Get rid of all the "unneeded workers" deemed by the incompetent, overpaid executives and the business will continue shrinking. Eventually everyone is an unneeded worker when the company cease to exist.

LOL T has lost 10 years worth of dividends in share price drop since the spinoff. It hasn't hit bottom yet! Like a rock! T is sinking like a rock!

To Post ID: @1kbl+1nzReS2u it's 7% after losing 40% of it's value since spinning off Warner. It's a poor income and value stock. No, FCF will not cover dividends if they want to pay down debt which shareholders expect. If they don't pay down debt then investors will sell and if they do pay it down they can't cover dividends and investors sell. World of hurt!! Stankey fed them BS on making$16b fcf in 2-4Q. That won't happen and he is desperate.

It's not a growth stock, it's an income stock with a 7% divided, still among the higher divided stocks even after the cut. Careful quarterly review of the financials shows, T can continue to afford to pay this divided. It's a good buy for now.

That's been ATT's MO for the last 4 decades and it hasn't accomplished a thing. The problem began all over again when SBC took over ATT and things went from OK to a complete sh!t show! SBC management couldn't manage a garage sale without screwing it up because they can't get out of their own way, incompetence, inc.!

It's basically saying, you can dress a pig in fancy clothers, something up any way you'd like, but it's still just what it is despite how we shine, still a pig
