Some people have NAL occupancy indicator in Webphone. I’ve seen what NAL stands for but is this officially for virtual workers?

NAL has nothing to do with RTO. It's been around for years.

It has typically been used with vendors that aren't ever expected to be on AT&T prem.

That should be changed to a-NAL for everyone. Because that's how the company is giving it to us...
