They all says this, but the reality is, they don’t want to pay people that are qualified. This is only a ploy so they can get H1Bs. You’ve probably gotten tons of Indian recruiters email you, job - tons of skills required - pays very little. No one applies or meets all requirements, this allows them to say see no one was qualified and get an H1B that had no where near the qualifications. It’s all a scam.

If you pay enough, people will flood into that job or get the skills. But that’s not what they really want.
