Is he now WOKE because of the current COB?
Did he promote current COO or was that forced on him?
Did he hire Legg or did the COB and rest of board?
Did he get spanked for Q1 earnings miss and is he in trouble?

Track record suggests the Board, and Chairman of the Board, basically understand about as much about the company as people understood this post …. Or they would have never approved any proposed merger after BellSouth. The Board is useless. There only job is to protect shareholders and they failed.
