If you are a high performer who takes pride in your job, go elsewhere.

@1fpn+1ntNf04o The strategy recently has been for non hub people to "strike out" (back stab) people doing similar jobs in hub cities as they know that they are in a vulnerable position being situated in a non hub. If they can get rid of or denigrate the hub people doing similar roles with similar skillsets, then their role has more of a chance of surviving.
All I wanted was a job, not endless rounds of drama.
Beaten down by my manager for long enough. Secured a new role at another bank for a 28% increase and what feels like a much more positive environment. I give my notice Monday morning. Can’t wait!
I held out and got my 12 months of severance!!!!bye bye Wells and Charlie. Hope you go to he$$
"non hub dwellers" is stereotyping and also pointing the finger incorrectly. Lot of great performers (including me) who have endured a lot and also at one time worked in an office. In fact, it was WF who offered me remote status because I wasn't visiting my office enough. They gave me a choice and I certainly bet you'd pick remote too if your office was isolating, unproductive and depressing.
But yeah, if you know what it means to be good at a job then WF is simply not the place to work.
I’m holding out for severance. In the meanwhile, it’s just keeping the lights on at work.
I don’t need money bad enough to take the sh_t they deal out. I left and have never turned back.
Amazing the company can still run with all the self-proclaimed high performers posting on here all day.
"non hub dwellers"?
Someone's feefees can't handle other people getting to WFH. #sad
Keep your eye on the prize - Severance. I am not going anywhere until I get what I am owed for putting up with the sh-t all these years.
Beaten down and mentally tortured. That is the new Wells Fargo way.
