rather work 5 days a week remote because I still work for id--ts. It's not the id--ts fault as they are a part of the system but all up and down my VP to Director chain are well educated MBA type rotational people that ATT has deemed "Leaders". Yes Leaders who can't manage a profit and loss statement and lack just basic business skills. It always amazes me that a VP can be useless and just get shuffled around like a hand of cards bringing their incompetence to where ever they go simply because they were well educated and deemed a "Leader". But when you have someone who was at the wheel shifting gears during TMobile, Direct TV, and Time Warner costing shareholders at least $100B over the course of 12 years still in control then I expecting any type of positive change at the company can be deemed the crazy person. I expecting recognition and contrition from leadership that mistakes have been made leading us to where we are makes me the crazy person. But I don't think that will ever happen thus leading me to "Quiet Quitting". And the lower ranks are loaded with talent that are doing just that because why bother doing anything else.

What makes you think you have a given Right to work from home when the boss said you must come in to get paid?
Everyone else fault. Always everyone else.
Yeah, complaining about management or executive will make it ok to WFH and not really work because you are too busy doing personal things. Makes sense.

People are fed up to the point it’s pretty much Loud Quitting now in the absence of Honesty, Integrity, and Transparency.
