For those who have been granted an exemption and are being made virtual, so you have to travel to a hub 1-5 times a month or just go to your local office 1-5 times a month?

My letter only said that I "may ocasionally" be required to travel to my assigned Hub location at my own expense. Nothing about it reporting to a local office and no specific number of days per month.
“You will be a target for an upcoming surplus.”
Ok. Been hearing that for 20+ years but I am still here.
“I have been granted an exemption and get to stay virtual in my current city. Go into local office at least once a month. Local office is 12 minutes away, I can manage that.”

“Nobody will have Virtual status when this is over. Those days are over. It does not exist.”

My teams occupancy indicators all changed but mine did not. The HR link says everything has been updated on 7/1 after the letters went out. Letters to the whole team said report to local office. I don’t believe everything has been finalized to those living outside of Atlanta and Dallas.
I’m not virtual and within the 9 hub but not Dallas. You know this company really wants to twist that kn--e when it’s already halfway in when they ask you to badge in 3 times a week half a year before they lay you off. I would love to say F off but they’re holding my severance hostage this way. I’m not sure this company is worth the severance
In the Luong org, 30 something “network key” locations around the country were approved. Someone In the situation you mention has to report to one of those locations (presumably the one closest to them) a minimum of once per month.
I've seen virtual notices that specifically say go to a hub (even if it's not the preferred hub) 1-5 times a month, others say to a go to the nearest non hub office 1-5 times a month and I've even seen others say go the hub without giving a specific number of times a month and was more vague like "as needed".
I've also seen documents specifically saying their job was moving to a hub and others not giving that notice even though other "future of work" documents say where their work will eventually be. That could be related to which wave the forced move will be.
Yep. It depends on where you're located. Some have to make the trip to the hub, Some are too far away and they can use their local office.
Badge in local if available or required by your organization
