My thoughts: Living your designation? That sounds totally stupid like an HR di-k trying to be a salesperson and failing miserably. Then the threat of discipline up to and including termination right before a smug thank you with a sneer and then an "Oh by the way, we aren't promising you a job for any length of time" - What a--holes they are!!
