If folks start getting regulators involved and work to the rule…the upper management will start to feel some well deserved pain. You can complain or fight back. Remember. Safety is AT&T’s top priority.

what a joke. CRE does nothing. They know there are problems & you are not supposed to disrupt Asbestos.
Yeah, I'm not quite sure why this post is even active. Create a CRE ticket for building maintenance if needed. If it's an actual emergency EH&S issue (Asbestos, mold, etc.), you should be simultaneously creating an emergency ticket for building maintenance, calling the EH&S 1-800 number to report an emergency condition and contacting your manager. That's all BAU.
Get a camera that allows you to remove the meta data and take pictures. Go to a neighboring city library and send those pictures to several agencies that would have jurisdiction. Lastly send them to a local tv station.
Has anyone noticed that the policy for hiring former employees as contractors has changed? Check it out on hr one stop. Also why can’t pictures of safety violations be sent to OSHA. They did that in FL
Don’t mention the filth to anyone, turn a blind eye. If they see you smush a co-k ro--h / palmetto bug you’ll be on the list. Not a good place to be with 2 house payments and uncertain future if you’re house will sell or be squatted on by homeless gangs while you commute through no mans land to the new gig.

Respectfully, that’s a defeatist attitude. I suspect many just complain and will not take the time to work the system. Ticket, after ticket, after ticket. Go home every single time. Notify your boss every single time. Encourage other to do the same. Contact local media if it’s bad enough. (Local news: “AT&T forces employees to work in squalor…”) TRY HARDER.

I’m pretty sure everyone has done that & the budgets don’t support maintenance. The problems just get ignored & employees eventually just give up. Management has absolutely no power or say in anything. It’s annoying how the company puts everything on the direct supervisor or management staff. Real Estate should be doing routine maintenance & they don’t. Routine meaning carpet cleaning, pest control (including bed bugs, cockroaches, lice & mites) rotting walls, asbestos removal & mold. I’m certainly NOT looking forward to bringing home bugs from sharing a chair.

Great idea. They need some push back. Those letters are threatening and have no promise of future employment clearly spelled out - not necessary to keep rubbing it in with disciplinary action up to and including termination + not a contract of future employment. No one should be loyal to this company as a customer or an employee
