There are five form letters.
Two letters are for those currently in Atlanta/Dallas. One is for FTO staying FTO in their current location. The other is for TW going FTO in their current location.
Two letters for those in one of the other 7 hubs. Same deal. One for FTO staying FTO. The other is for TW going FTO. Both staying in their current location.
The fifth letter is for everyone else letting them know to wait until the end of July to learn more.

The current surplus employees leave on 7/06, and first wave RTO folks reports to Dallas & Atlanta on 7/10. My guess is they want to let the dust settle. Plus, they need a public relations spin on the 2nd Quarter earnings call in late July before they slash and burn the rest of us. Still a poor way to treat your employees; absolutely no respect.

Major work project in his organization that is due to complete by end of July. Failure to complete would have FCC ramifications. They don’t want to take a chance that the “relocation letters” will upset the workers prior to the successful completion of the project.

This AT&T executive management is really the worst! If I was in a position where I even suspected I might be forced to relocate and had to wait until the end of July to find out, I'd seriously be searching for new employment elsewhere! This company has truly hit rock bottom in terms of how it treats its personnel! No regard, no consideration, no concern whatsoever! T's attitude is, "take it or leave it!" I would gladly be leaving it with or without a severance package if I secured employment elsewhere!

Well, we were told we would get a letter by today, so they did LOL.
In my Org, Robertson / Whitmire, our AVPs got to have calls with us instead. My AVP said "I am the LETTER". Seriously though. my AVP is great, always trying to keep us updated on what's going on.
