Haven’t heard anything about a center of excellence but did hear that we were to have received something yesterday , “by June 30th”, concerning our designations from our managers which I didn’t get. Maybe this is my “ here’s your sign” moment. GES org.
In general sales will not have a hub for RTO and will support their assigned module territory in their respective market There will be local offices-beyond the main hubs -Ive seen some posters refer to those locations as centers for excellence-not sure that is the correct name. I know in the mid-west central region we have offices were sales teams meet.
Lots of cuts are needed in the Sales org.
Not in Sales, but got my letter around noon.
Nope… nada… nothing. So aggravating.
Leadership, Let us know if we need to plan on driving in somewhere, moving, or do we still have a job. “….you be notified by June 30” . They are either going to wait until the last possible second and send at 5 EST or do what is expected…. NOTHING….and leave everyone stressed out and wondering.
But don’t forget to have a great 4th per the 5th different email from leadership today while you wonder where you stand.
