This entire RTO initiative is a massive failure on the part of senior leadership. When you have manager and directors telling you that even at the AVP level that have absolutely no forewarning or involvement in this and we’re left in the dark it’s clear Stanley and his cohorts are clueless.
Now we have entire orgs trying to figure out whose going where, whose doing what and how can we function when half of our people will refuse to go along. No information, zero communication. Even today managers are saying they were told their employees would their their workplace designation letter today…they have seen or heard nothing. It’s a disgrace
