I feel we are being shorted in order to be sold. No other company would allow the CEO to stay after losing more than 25% during his short tenure.

Stop posting this cr-p and cluttering up the board. Little hedge funds with $300k or 400k holdings are nothing in the grand scheme of things. If one of the big boys like Fidelity cuts by that much, then post it.
