Yup, Q1 refusing to spend any money, Q2 binning more people because not enough quit from the raise refusal.

of course there’s more layoffs that’s the only way DXC knows how to show that they are making money. Wesley off the whole board.
Yes DXC is going more and more to low cost countries, but India isn’t low cost any more. Malaysia is better and those people don’t say not my job or is there a script ?

Outsourcing = Indian pure plays eating you alive = Reduction in high cost countries = Only way of survival.
Well heard of a ‘critical’ list being developed by managers of employees crucial to DXC.
The numbers don’t look to be improving much YOY, and even though they aren’t offering pay rises, it would seem they aren’t forcing as many people to quit as they would like… so I would expect there to be layoffs in the near future!
We are in growth phase now :)
