That organization does not deserve the word University in its title. A completely useless organization filled with mo--ns. BA degrees from third rate institutions. They were part of the problem. I always thought Kenny was just a complete sycophant.

“ All things related to training can easily be outsourced. Don’t be surprised if you’re down the road this is all outsourced through a third-party.”

Yeah, no. AT&T needs customized training because Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is always creating problems like anti-competitive, bribery and feature cramming, and other ethics violations and then we little folk must pay because SLT doesn’t want to “own it” and we get hours of compliance training.

Large corporations have never really cared for employees but employees are just now starting to get it. We were all raised on the lie of benevolent American business and the idea that our economy rewards hard work, brains, and honesty but now there are so many Stankoids out there that not even the Pollyannas can lie to themselves. American big business is a scam for transferring wealth upward and blame downward. Deny it if you will but the proof is staring you in the face.

I never cared for T University but it's own leader Ken Fenoglio who we watched over the years on that platform himself passed just 2 days after retiring.

I don’t think you are reading the article correctly. I don’t think zen retired this past March, he retired long ago. The article states two days before his passing he lived an epic day, skiing, etc

"leader Ken Fenoglio who we watched over the years on that platform himself passed just 2 days after retiring. Everyone should look at the bigger picture and not just the emotion of the moment here at T."

Leadership looks a lot like Ken (especially servant leadership) and nothing like what we see these days at T. I'm confident the greeter at the pearly gates said "welcome, come on in".

No they dont care. As other leaders have been coached to show empathy not sorrow.

There are many ID jobs open. The best decision I made was leaving TU and the Death Star. I get paid more, I don’t have a new boss every other year, and my work is appreciated. I’m so sorry for all the TU folks. Best wishes for better things on the horizon away from that toxic place!

Many poor decisions how can we be surprised. As a employee that has worked extremely hard for decades it shows you that companies don't care about employees.
