It says a lot- your job has been moved to Dallas.
Unfortunately after stankey made the bold announcement about RTO there was no way he was going to back down. Now that it is time to execute the plan they realize the potential impact, hence the reason for your letter saying you will hear more in the future about your move. That allows them to adjust their plan after the dust settles a bit.
