It is a common practice in North Korea for audiences to clap and show their support for the leader during public appearances and speeches. This is a form of enforced conformity and a display of loyalty to the regime. Those who do not show support or are perceived as not showing enough support may face severe consequences.

Perfect description of the Hon leadership. And once they have clapped, there is no turning back. Just get a single managers endorsement... from there you can wield it like tenure.

@1lsd+1nkXw19R You forgot a third group - people who live in cities where there aren’t other options. Honeywell has the monopoly on jobs in some towns and you work for them or you have to move.

Hon is currently comprised of those who are waiting for retirement or those without the skills to get an equivalent job and pay elsewhere. The second category are felchers who are willing to drink the gunk to be paid more money than they deserve. They will lie and backstab anyone and everyone. It’s like a flesh eating bacteria. The end will be bad but they’re sucking up the HON salary checks and bonus checks as long as they can.

This is so true. In Aerospace, they created manufacture technician jobs. You don’t need any schooling or experience. I think they’re paying them about $38-$40 an hour.

What’s the point of going to school? No degree and no qualifications equal large check. You can tell why Honeywell’s is run the way it is. I don’t expect it to last much longer.

So if you’re in the in crowd, your buddies will put you in this role. They all are handpicked.
If this was a real company, and they found out what was happening. They would put an end of his ridiculous practice.

I’ll tell you what they are doing. We’re one of the last union shops around in Honeywell. They hired a professional union breaking company. Who are in bedded within the union, so they got everything passed when it contract comes up. This is how you gut it from within and slowly dismantled the union.

This is why everything passes. Then they award them with bogus high-paying jobs after it passes. Company, probably offer a great benefits and a pension plan. I can’t prove this, but I’m pretty sure it’s happening.

So now, after the contract was signed, they award union breaking company employees who are in embedded in the union. With bogus high, paying jobs with no degrees or qualifications needed. Normal people we needed a degree or qualifications. Then you wonder why all these contracts pass.

The people who don’t belong to this union breaking company. Will never get promoted, and will receive the bogus small union raises which is spelled out in the contract.

Well, if you calculate the pay increase for the union breaking employees. They’re getting a real raise that we deserve.

Remember, it’s not good enough for them. Yet! The union breaking companies states it’s good enough for us.

@rzl+1nkXw19R VK is NOT humble and also remember how nervous and shy DA was when he started out. VK's priority is to fill his own pockets as fast as he can whilst he has the chance just like DA did. Why people torture themselves thinking it will be any different I don't know.

VK did seem to be a bit more humble than DA. Which is a plus. I have always had the impression that DA was arrogant and discriminatory to those lesser than him. VK doesn't strike me that way. But then again, I've not been the best at evaluating people in the past. This still doesn't mean that I am sticking around. I'll be out of here at the first opportunity.

Hahaha.....you have to have hope I guess but I highly suggest assuming the worst then the disappointment won't be so painful.

I agree that V needs to be given a chance, much like all of us do.

I don’t know. I am going to give V a chance. Even though the questions are vetted even having this kind of QA is a good sign.
