Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I'm pleasently suprised

I've now read a few articles that are calling out Stankey and the entire ELT on their mishandling of AT&T. I know it doesn't make much difference in the grand scheme of things, but it is refreshing to see them clobbered by the media instead of having to read puff pieces on what great leaders they are all the time.

The book "Management Malpractice" by Craig Hickman publisher in 2005 on page 5 of the introduction listed companies guilty. The list included AT&T.
Redacted quote: "AT&T lied, cheated, denied their mistakes, became slaves Wall Street, Devalued their employees, glorified their positions, and generally committed multiple acts of management malpractice."
Book in intro left out the millions of $$ paid to C-suite.

The one thing those articles tend to gloss over is the dire financial state T currently finds itself in.
