Haven’t heard from McElf lately. Stankey only talks to Dallas-based GM and above last week. No word from Welday since RTO announced. Legg talks sometimes. Where’s the leadership? Afraid of hearing from your remaining employees?

“They are preparing a merge or a divestiture.”
Yep.
The title here is a non starter.
There is no leadership
There is no communication.
Everyone is just waiting for an email letting them know if they have a future here or not. They can't even make a cohesive decision as to when it may be.
All employees are supposed to get letters by 6/30 with their designation and RTO date.
Final days for VPs to try to get special deals for their favorites. They will spin as special skills - needs of the business. Execs won’t know…
They are preparing a merge or a divestiture. Meantime people and press are busy with RTO nonsense.
I think much of senior manager ( including McFresh) is laying low. They know that there will be ramifications on the ability to “lead” this company after the dust settles. Stankey is not liked by anyone and will eventually have to utter “et tu, brute” as he falls with millions in his pockets.
So they all want to keep themselves out of the current negative limelight in hopes that they will be able to succeed when Putin - I mean Stankey - is toppled.
Stanley’s note: security show them to the door
I heard that Welday took some of his hired hands take over the security desk, where they were welcomed with handshakes. He's now en route to the executive floor on a "march to justice" and is halfway there, while Thaddeus is feverishly trying to offer Welday asylum in exchange for turning his people around before they hit the 14th floor. Stankey's latest note reads, "situation completely normal."
