Calls went out at 11am this morning to all SWAT, FIBER SALES TEAMS, and FIBER EVENT TEAMS in the Florida Market. They have cut all the teams and created an entire new team call SALES EVENT LEAD. The open positions have already began to show up on the site. The description seems to directly mimic the description from the eliminated position “FIBER EVENT TEAM” that was dissolved. The communication from upper leadership is urging all effected positions to apply to these 12 open positions. The employees must be accepted in a new role by 7/21 or they will go into surplus status and taken off the payroll on 8/4. They will be given a severance if they are not placed.
