This is the worst I have ever seen AT&T treat its employees. We are clearly hated by executive leadership and viewed as a drain on resources. Meanwhile, they are the drain with their golden parachutes..

"T will be sold in 2 year’s time"
I feel the same way, 2 years is exactly how long I'm giving them.
They hate you cuz they making you work. So entitled.
T will be sold in 2 year’s time
Agreed, the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced also. Let’s be clear, I’ve worked in office 5 days a week for 20+ years, this is about the secrecy and lack of information surrounding WHERE I will work whenever an announcement is actually made.
If we aren’t hated, then why aren’t people being treated with some dignity? Unannounced surpluses, 2 weeks off payroll dates, forcing people to uproot their families and relocate with out relocation packages. We are hated!!
The biggest drain is the CEO and his appetite for wasting over a 100 billion dollars. But I get it, it's everyone else's fault.
Hopefully the changes will involve competent leadership that knows how to grow a business, not just suck personal profits through selling assets.
“T will look like an entirely different company in a year’s time.”
Agreed-
A subsidiary of a corporation with a competent officer suite.
No one is hated. The current structure of T is just no longer sustainable and drastic measures are happening. It’s shocking these efforts didn’t start accelerating 2 years ago. T will look like an entirely different company in a year’s time.
