This makes me wonder WHICH investors are bringing this suit? I attended the annual shareholder meeting and many items were brought before the Board AND the other shareholders to review - including some additional absurd DEI asks. The Shareholders AND the Board voted NO.
EVERYONE has had their fill of U.S. form of apartheid. The legal and cultural segregation of the white citizens through corporate policy and discriminatory law.
