We received our new radios/air pods a month ago, they put up all the charging shelves in the back room, I asked for a unit but hardly anyone is using them, is this an option? The radios are all broken and are very loud. The GM refused to help us, "Just get back to work, we will deal with it" as she plops back down in the office chair.....

Yeah, People don't realize that you just need to speak at a normal level. Don't yell please.
As one person stated it's a waste of money. Why not use the money to order us a brand new set of radios with bu-tons? It's way past time because my club has had the same radios since before I started working at the company in 2018.
Also I highly dislike using ear pieces for two reasons at the top of my head.
- If another associate is within close proximity of another and they press the speaker bu-ton the radio makes a high pitch screeching sound that can split someones eardrums if they have an earpiece.
- Some associates yell in the radio that can split someones eardrums as well.
If anyone else can think of other reasons I would love to know.
Our club’s been using them for about a month now.. they’re actually pretty awesome. U can talk one on one or create a group. U can also text each other, emojis & GIF’s included..
They do love their office chairs
No one can figure out how to use the damned things. Waste of money. Walkies were working just fine. Re-inventing the wheel once again.
