Please finish off HR. Get rid of all these worthless people. They pretend to care that you got axed. They call and tell you they want to help you find a job. Please send me your resume and I will help. False promises and no return phone calls or emails. They are all lazy working remote. The offshore Indians have no answers to any questions you ask. No one had trained them. They tell you they will get back to you and no response. Our Chinese HR director has failed miserably

HR is the worst. These people all need to go along with the Chinese leader they hired that can’t stop talking about our mental health issues that Wells Fargo created for all employees. What a toxic place this is

This may be how a lot of companies operate, but it is not every company. I say this only to clarify that employees shouldn’t think that they need to stay here because “it’s bad everywhere”.
Wells is the worst of the worst. How many other companies are under a Federal Asset Cap for an ongoing pattern of mismanagement and exploitation of both their customers and their employees??
At some point, we will all look back and realize the best thing that happened was getting out of Wells Fargo, whether it be your decision or theirs.
People need to realize that HR isn’t there for you, it’s to protect the company. The company doesn’t give a flying F about anyone but their bottom line.
