Do you honestly think Charlie cares about long timers? Think again. Look at all the 30 plus year employees he has axed and ask yourself if he cares about loyalty? The answer is no
you’re still nuts
It is being eliminated. Before everyone tells me there is 'no way' I was on here saying Charlie would get rid of mortgage and everyone said I was nuts, how did that play out?
If they cut severance for long timers that spent their best years committed to this company, it is a new level of absolute employee disregard. I’ve heard there are talks of this and I can’t even believe they would do this -it would be an absolute new low. They snuck in a couple month reduction just a few years ago.
Capping severance at 6 months. I am sure if Charlie had his way he would ax it all together
Put more people on performance plans then they don’t have to pay.
Why worry about something you can't control?
There are no changes to severance for 2024.
good question.....but 2024 numbers have already been decided.....your merit/bonus/ maybe a promotion...
as far as severance package....I know it used to be up to 18 months depending on years of service and now it's 12 months for everyone. If WF changes that--my guess they'd like to reduce it 6 months...
good luck finding out any intel
I may be wrong, but thought those type of changes need to go through board of directors approval.
