A poster yesterday mentioned an 8amCT call for his org. Anybody have news? The people I know in that group are not online in Teams yet.

I am a management employee in Anthony's org, and I got my surplus notification at 8am central today ! Will be off from payroll on July 6.

4 = 16%
5 = 20%
6 = 24%
7= 28%
8= 32%
9 = 36%
10 = 40%
11 = 44%
12 = 48%
13 or longer = 50%
due in lump sum in 45 days of being off the pay.

Everyone should have the same feeling. This company is a wreck financially and emotionally. I realize this is said in other situations, but the culture here at AT&T has to be on par with the worst in history of mankind. The company is run by arrogant sociopaths that are just looking for the next $million in their accounts before they jump ship. They make it very obvious they care about virtue signaling press releases and could not care less about the employees

Yes, for me it was straight up surplus unrelated to RTO, with the severance allowance of 4% of basic pay per year of service (up to 50% max). Haven't heard about anyone else yet.

Please release me from this asylum where the lack of leadership has caused a downward spiral not just for the company, but for the morale as well! Month after month, year after year, employees are on edge because there's nothing to look forward to with this company!

I am in Anthoney’s org we were not told anything. I think the point of the post is the notifications will begin no sooner than 8 CT
