Anybody hearing if a voluntary offer might be possible? I raised my hand this time in Baucums org and was denied. Said since my position would have to be backfilled they couldn’t do it.

It appears they are on the path to totally outsource engineering again, like in the past. Circling the bell once again, never learn. Rinse and repeat.

Any numbers out there for the C&E org? Someone posted a 15% reduction in California engineering. That doesn’t paint a picture without more information, too vague. Need total employees and the reduced number. I’m sure there is more than 1 engineering group in California.

Could be 10 total and 1.5 reduced (one is part time) or 100 and 15 reduced. Big difference, percentage is useless without the other numbers.
