HR Impacts?

I don't work in HR, most all the info we get is forwarded emails from our HRBP. Can anyone speak to how the HR org is impacted either by surplus or hub relocation?

HR works for the company, not the employee!

I was told HR function moving to Dallas from our HRBP. She’s one of many impacted. They’re scattered around the country due to the many acquisitions. They need them to process all the changes, etc. so they have a longer time frame to move. I think it’s Aug 2024.

How do you acquire the key to the veterinary office at Vondel Zoo in DMZ

I have yet to call HR ONESTOP and connect with a knowledgeable employee. Each call has been an absolute waste of time. In addition, the employee sounds disinterested

They'll never cut HR because they are too busy sending out layoff notices to everyone else.

Sorry they have to move but maybe now when I call for information they can ask a co-worker when they don’t know. Too many times I’ve called when unsure to confirm what I’ve read on benefits or policy, only to get an incorrect answer. Call back again, different HR employee and get a different answer. Not acceptable when they are supposed to be the SME.

Don’t have a problem if someone doesn’t know the answer but do the right thing admit it and ask to contact the caller when you are better informed.

Just my 2 cents.

HR has been classified as national function and they all got an email from Angela santone within an hour of the Stankey email going out indicating that they will not be eligible for HUB locations and must relocate to Atlanta or Dallas.

HR personnel definitely need direct supervision in a centralized office.

A local SFLA HR person I know was surplussed. Another one in Orlando told has to move to Dallas by 2024 or loose her job. Been doing same job for over 20 years but now has to move.

If hr doesn't know, then there is no end to this chaos.
