Literally, I'm not lying, my AVP would hold town halls and have a few individuals showcase their culinary talents on live feed for the whole group to see. That person would demonstrate how he or she put together their recipe and then have an after cooking picture to show how it looks ready to eat. And he or she would have the recipe out on company Share Point so anyone could grab it. Of course, all the a-s-kissers in the group would drone on and on about how good the recipe looks, etc.
It was sickening and a complete waste of company resources and time.

Based upon what? No one can predict what corporate America will do next. They - Stankey, for instance - have made big blunders in the past. Who's to know if this is just another as they follow the corporate crowd.

Moved to St. Petersburg in 2020.Three bedroom home with 3.5% Mortgage. Collect $125K for last 3-years, work like 15 minutes a day sending emails that never get read. Watched Yellowstone. Walked a lot. Now… expecting 6 month severance pay and I interviewing with Microsoft for virtual role. Yeah, it’s AT&T who got one over on me. Got to go, grouper sandwich is ready. ATT and their Drone Management can never identify talent or get with the times. Countless times I have seen talent let go at an extreme cost to the business when all it would have took is a simple promotion or raise. The DEI programs don't help but overall it is just a Borg Company.
