Being laid off (or pushed out) by this company is the best thing that could happen to you. Do not despair, you will find something better! Still having PTSD after my short time employed by this sham. I don’t know how my ex-bosses sleep at night but I believe in karma and they will eventually get theirs.

It is a terrible company. I worked there for a few years and escaped for a better role. Awful environment. Hostile and toxic.
Could not agree more! I do not understand how this org stays in business. It's a sad place of broken dreams for those who can't get hired by a real company.
I’m sorry! Had a decent experience the first year or so but then it fell apart when I was transferred to a new dept. It really depends on which segment of the company you are in and who is your manager. I eventually left and much happier now and making more $$$.
