Understand the frustration. I think it depends on how many years you have with the company. It hasn’t always been this way, and those of us with maybe 15-20+ have seen both good and bad. This situation sucks but ATT has given me and my family a great life as well as hope for retirement via pension. I didn’t want to go down like this, but all good things must come to an end. This is far from the company I used to work for and leadership is a mess. I don’t know that I would change it though if I could do it over.
