Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Positions with the highest turnover

I must say that very few of my colleagues have left considering that nobody is very happy here. Any idea which groups leave the company the most?

If I had to guess, it would be sales, Prem/Wire techs and working in a phone store.

Its too soon since the RTO edict was announced, the majority of those employees who will be impacted have not received their respective notices, so decisions are pending, additionally it takes a bit of time to prospect for a new job, let alone interview and get hired.

Sales turnover is the highest in the company, both consumer and retail. About 50% a year for all but enterprise markets.
