If you are a WM and work for DeAnn Wood you are gone. She is a pure DEI manager and hates the opposing team. Good luck
People who had a job today will find out tomorrow they won’t have one here after 7/6. Good people. A surplus is never small when you’re one of them. Don’t forget that.
Probably true for some groups, but not all. Our VP (Whitmire / Robinston org) hosted an organizational call last week to let us know it would be mid July before our org would have their plan out.
I think you are referring to the RTO plan. The surplus is this week.

That is right - AMs and others have been told do not talk about anything related to the surplus or other topics related to RTO they are being briefed in.
My AM in ACE Mobility has been lip tight. Heard nothing.
Wireline has been told Thursday also
Time to go!
Can confirm, the is company wide for management.
ACE has been very transparent in these recent surpluses. Other organizations have not even told their people they are essentially in an effected work group. So people who are not paying attention to outside info are going to be surprised when they receive a call on Thursday.
