the Future Office Worker designation is very vague (shocking)

"AT&T location if space is available. If space is not available, virtual until in the long term location"

And they are inccorrect. Tens of Thousands of employees who are market based as focus previously designated as FWO( Flexible office worker). They now see their indicator as FWO( Future office worker) which by AT&T own definitions classics them as national employees based in 9 Hubs. It’s wrong. These roles include market based field operations, sales, engineering and construction and more. These roles cannot be performed and based in Hubs 1,000 miles away from local markets and customers. These are customer facing roles. HR screwup the changed the definition but not the actually indicator to FTO (3+ days per week). I overheard a director giving An HR director grief because of the confusion it created.
